Meet Your Hosts
Carla has helped to grow grassroots netball from the ground up, launched youth programmes, chaired committees, raised over £80,000 for charity using the sport, and even co-led four Guinness World Records.
Krystine is a vibrant voice in the netball community, with viral TikTok videos reaching over 2 million views. She's passionate about women's health, empowerment, and using sport as a platform for visibility and change.
Together, they bring energy, humour, and heart to every episode — plus a shared commitment to making netball more visible, more celebrated, and more fun.
