About the Academy

Ashby Academy offers selected players the chance to take their game further as part of our Performance Development Plan. Players are invited based on their skill, attitude, and potential, as seen in their regular training and match play.

This is a space where young athletes can challenge themselves, develop technical and tactical skills, and build confidence in a supportive and positive environment.

What’s Involved?

• Specialist coaching from experienced and qualified coaches
• Strengthening the player pathway towards higher-level competition
• Promoting leadership, resilience, and personal growth
• Opportunities to represent the Academy in friendlies and development fixtures

Who Can Join?

The Academy is open to under 18 players from Ashby Netball Club who are:

• On a Performance Development Plan
• Showing commitment and potential at training and in matches
• Eager to learn and grow within a team environment
